Environmental Initiatives
Park Place was built with a mind to minimizing urban sprawl and supporting urban sustainability. The building sits on a small in-fill lot in order to increase neighbourhood density. Park Place also features solar hot water, dual flush toilets, bike parking, natural building materials and an edible, organic landscape.
